Stories in Color is a joyful, family-centered event honoring National Literacy Month through the vibrant lens of Black children’s literature. 

Hosted by the Black Entertainment Museum Foundation, this celebration features celebrity author readings, hands-on literacy activities, and a curated pop-up museum showcasing the rich legacy of Black youth storytelling in books, film, and media.
