Majenni Nixon

Maj Nixon is a commercial real estate executive with 20+ years of experience leading capital projects and workplace operations for companies like Disney, Hulu, Netflix, and GE. As Director of Business Development at Turelk, a Southern California-based General Contractor, she drives new business and advises on portfolio strategy and complex developments.

Maj holds an engineering degree from Rensselaer, is a licensed California real estate professional, and serves on multiple nonprofit and industry boards, including the Black Entertainment Museum Foundation.
